San Jerónimo - Guatemala

San Jerónimo is one of two family farms under the purview of Nicholas Hammond. Cherries are hand-picked and processed just down the road at the Catalan mill. This lot is very balanced, creamy and has a wonderful nuttiness that seems to return every season.
