Over the years, Catalan geshas have progressed from test crop to tour de force. The first lot was grown from seed, brought over from Ethiopia, and has only gotten better over the years.
Thanks to the innovative spirit of producer Nicholas Hammond, he’s covered just about every process imaginable, but this washed gesha returns with purpose. It's incredibly sweet, delicate and packs a fig note that we just loved from last year’s offering.
