PILOT COFFEE- GICHATHAINI

Gichathaini is one of three washing stations owned and operated by the Gikanda Farmers Cooperative Society (F.C.S.) in Nyeri County. Gikanda aspires to be a pace setter in quality coffee production in Kenya, offering high payment rates and good agricultural practices. Their members grow their cherries in ideal growing conditions: abundant rainfall, reliable average temperatures, fertile soil, and fresh water from the Ragati river. This offering consists of the famous SL-28 and SL-34 varieties that have become synonymous with juicy body and tropical flavours. It's no surprise that Gichathaini is a treat in every sense of the word.
