Ana Sora is a natural Ethiopian fruit bomb that may challenge your perception of coffee. Over the years it has developed a reputation as our most adventurous single origin. We often hear stories from customer’s first Ana Sora experience, told like a coming-of-age folktale.
Ana Sora farm and wet mill is owned by Israel Degfa, one of just a few private owners in Ethiopia’s famed Guji Zone. His farm is situated between 1,900 and 2,350 metres above sea level, and the soaring altitude can’t be understated. This is our highest grown coffee which slows cherry maturation to a crawl and creates wildly sweet flavour and complexity.
